Have you ever had false memories ….?

false memories are when u have a vivid memory of something that never actually happened. It is a rare phenomenon and I do not think there is a fairly accurate explanation yet.> since I was little, I always had this very vivid memory of me in a small shed served as a mini workshop and this man (which I have never seen before) was painting a toy duck wooden pulley. I was leaning over the desk and he told me hes to give to my sister for her birthday. then he asked me to try for it, so I walked outside (this is an area I've never seen before.) <, but That never really happened, everyone swears that I sense. I wonder where that memory came when. You think it's my memory of a past life or something?

Maybe it's a dream you had? I have "false memories", but I can not remember any of them right now XD
