Hood duct installation?
I have installed the vents to the top of my kitchen system. I have the option of go up and out the roof or out the side of my house. Can someone please shed some light on what option is best. Appear to be up better ventilation, but there is a possibility that might leak.
You answered your own question, roof penetrations less is better. Go to side. But if you must leave the roof and done correctly, will be fine.
