I am considering a combination shed and greenhouse. Is it hot inside, too?

There is a shed in Handy Home Products http://www.handyhome.com/lowes/solarshed.htm that I'm considering. I wonder, however, whether it would be too hot for use as a shed, even with ventilation greenhouse. Any experience out there or suggestions?
