Does anyone know about wolf spiders?

I think I have in my storage shed. I've seen a lot of your average brown spider, but this seems much bigger and seems to be living for a long time. I am deathly afraid of spiders. I'm pregnant, what would be the safest way to kill it with out having to go near him.

I have a lot of wolf spiders where I live, along with black widows. Outdoors, uncovered, garage let alone wolf spiders … i figure they are eating flies. The black widow spider killer spray that I use is available in most hardware stores. Works even if a couple of feet away and works very quickly.
