Is there any hope in getting the school of pharmacy with bad grades?

I am currently a sophomore with a GPA of 2.7. I have a A + in biology, chemistry c 1-B in Chemistry and a B-2 in an organic and a C in the calculation. and fair grades in other classes. Can you retake classes to be a good idea. Any suggestions on classes I should take to strengthen my pharmacy application in about two years when I apply it would be useful. . I work at Walgreens and I have another job in a restaurant and I am part of several clubs in college. I am planning to do some volunteering in the pharmacy. If you know someone who has been in my situation and has done in the pharmacy school please let me know. I need all the advice and suggestions I can get. I'm not the smartest tool in the shed that I'm trying my best to get a 3.5 or higher gpa this semester.

I was accepted to a university with a cumulative GPA of 2.8. Whatever I had to do was write an additional letter explaining my request my grades.
