skin shedding disease
problem skin?

I have a skin problem, but I do not think it's a disease. First, after taking a bath, the white curtains in the back of the palm of my hand suggests that it is covered by dead skin cells. But dnt know which is the reason why is that many and why is fast? I mean, when I'm dry and all, brown spots / ringtones now appear in place of white skin tones. I am a soda drinker so at first, I suspect that is sugar and sparkling water. I'm on my fourth day without any drinks, but still, they are still there. Does damage and I do not feel any difference, but I can see them and I hate the way they look, (the change of the skin) and the weird part is that all happening in the background my hands. What is happening to me? "Sugar has an effect on the skin? PS. I'm not a diabetic, I am thin and I'm 21.

I do not think soft drinks are your problem. Could be the beginning of eczema or psoriasis, two diseases of the skin causing the skin to become dry and flaky. Try using a good quality hand lotion all day, morning and night before going to bed. I recommend Eucerin or Keri because they contain alcohol that can dry the skin. And use a moisturizing soap, shower gel and Olay or Base. These two things will probably help eczema, psoriasis but is likely to need medical help. Change the soap and lotion try first, but if not help or spreads disease, consult a physician.
