I have a question for a vascular specialist … Please answer?

I recently went to a podiatrist to find out about a chronic problem that I had in … Well, as long as I remember … but only a little bear. Each time you exercise (iekickboxing, bikeriding, esp. Skating), the sides of the soles of foot cramps almost immediately. The use of "good" shoes makes it worse, so they tend to perform barefoot, but my heel spur of new development should not do that. My podiatrist (who is also a surgeon) x-ray my feet and said the structure of the feet is normal and that the problem is vascular problem. I've looked everywhere online online information or similar symptoms, but can not seem to find anything. Is there a specialist vascular that may shed some light on what is wrong with my feet? It never seems to improve or better … Has anyone dealt with this problem?
