
stopped drinking beer, but not losing weight?
I stopped drinking beer during the week a few weeks ago they wanted to lose a few pounds of gut OLE. I have a couple on Friday / Sat as I have stopped drinking altogether during the week (2-3/night), I have not seen any weight to loose. I do not drink "a lot" water throughout the day, but do not see results. I am not a poor eater and I eat 3 meals a day and rarely snack between meals. Any suggestions or ideas why I have not lost any of this excess weight in beer?
beer has nothing to do with you losing weight. Exercise and eat more during the day.
