My husband and I recently have started to think about adding an addition to our home. Let's be realistic, however, the recent housing market has pushed up to a bigger house, a much more expensive. We also agreed that even with our family, that although extra space would be nice, not always going to need it and questioned the "permanence" of buying a bigger house large or the addition to our current home. There is always the question of "pricing" your home in the current quarter, if you add too. For this We have sort of the idea of going so far.

My most recent thought and serious consideration is the purchase of a shed! Not now, the average covered box put up a couple of hours in type, but a model professionally made and delivered. I've had friends who have given the home office sheds, quilting rooms, art studios and lots of other things, but the idea of converting the space covered OUR entertainment for our children is a new idea on the block!

I decided to get the vinyl storage shed as he would have an addition vinyl siding as well (and I am a low maintenance girl to be honest!), and I wanted to compare apples to apples as much as possible.

Now, this model comes with an insulated floor and brackets are 16 "off center, so you can put in the regular insulation in the walls, too. Come fully assembled and placed right on my site, either on a track or cement blocks (Local regulations may have a say in this and probably would be covered under your permission.) It also comes with style windows in the house! The price was $ 13.300. Would still have to isolate and wiring in the shed and then finish the walls, but when I realized the cost of a 672 sq. ft. addition at $ 150/sq foot was $ 100,800.00, could definitely spend a little more to hire technicians to isolate and kill myself inside, add a heater, curtains, hot tub and sent me on a cruise for savings of approximately $ 85,000 in my shed for the addition!

The manufacturer also confirmed my idea of a shed is definitely taxed differently, regardless of how it is used. NO is a permanent structure (hmmm, could we have our "Well" with us if we move?). Again, you should consult with your city to confirm the tax code to you, but I suspect it is the same everywhere.

Therefore, do not look at a forest covered as some wood or lawn mowers! Think of throwing a bonus room!
