Does anybody know of an error in good weatherproof and storage boxes that can be kept out?

I am looking for something like boxes Rubbermaid. I found some Rubbermaid boxes, but does not specifically say which are foolproof. I'm keeping some elements of an outdoor shed and do not want the boxes are to be infested with roaches and / or other vermin. Any advice is appreciated! In response to the first person who answered: I think it should be even more specific, I realize that not only going to get through the plastic, but I need to know of one that has a tight seal on it so that insects can not only work their way into openings. I know that he could only seal but I prefer to have easier access to him and not have to re-tape each time I have to enter it.
