Stress is one of the most common causes of excessive weight gain. When the body is stressed, it stores a large portion of food consumed. Much of the food consumed is stored as fat in the belly and buttocks. A stress-free the body digests food better, the conversion of most food into energy instead of fat.

To counteract stress, make sure that the flow of chi in your home is healthy. The front door must be ventilated and spacious. No large pieces of furniture blocking the door. Passageways must be simple, and the windows of the house be kept clean. Every morning in sunlight in the house to renew the chi of the house.

A house with a good flow chi is beneficial in 'wash' away the stress after a long day job. If your house is cluttered and dark, the strain energy you shed when you come home accumulates over time and cause more stress. A good flow of energy will help renew and rejuvenate.

The following remedy feng shui is the fight against inactivity. The living room, dining room, office or study should be painted with vibrant colors. So bright colors stimulate the energy of the room and vitality issue. It will help you be more alert and physical activity which in turn contribute to weight loss. Having gray and dark in these rooms will make lazy and slow.

In feng shui, the kitchen is the most important part of the house when it comes to your health. The kitchen should be painted with bright colors, preferably in shades of red to symbolize the fire. The refrigerator should be cleaned of all debris. Keep foods that have gone bad or expired is very bad feng shui. Many doctors believe the feng shui kitchen represents your body's digestive system, so it must be kept free of debris for good health.
