ball python shedding problems taking lids of the eyes.?

I have a ball python not have a full shed the last 2 times and never took off his eye lids. He will not let me touch his head. I have soaked and kept his cage with moisture within the normal range. I can not seem to get to throw their hats. Any ides?

For problems such as partial or maintaining eye lids casts a) keeping the humidity up to 2) misting 3) a plate water can be dipped into the cage, if possible 4) get a clean rubber type container with a lid, fill it halfway with warm water, wet towels, and put your snake there for 20-40 minutes (same idea as the humidity box) 5) took a towel with mineral oil or warm water and a brush with the scales. if there is a problem with applying eye lids mineral oil with a Q-tip gently to the eyes every day (twice preferred) until you exit. * Whatever you do, do not pull the skin off if there is any resistance (the skin is still sticking). You can injure your snake. There is a greater chance of harming your snake if you use tape to remove the caps on the eyes. I know this is in many guides, but I do not recommend it! The Q-Tip with mineral oil, safely, smoothing the tops of the eyes and remove them.
