Here's the deal: I live in Baton Rouge, and during the storm, street lights were torn city its poles. My friend took one and intends to replace the bulbs with some amplifiers. Someone said the street lights have a tracking device in them. Personally, I doubt that because there are so many street lights around the country, but you never know. Can anyone shed some light?
