Costa Rica Catholic wedding outside?
I have a big problem and hope someone can shed some light on it. We plan to be married by a priest Catholic a Catholic Church in Costa Rica. Now we are discovering that the church will not be completed until after March, and no other churches within 2 hours of these files. We were planning to marry and December 1 to have all our guests who come as early as this has already been planned for over a year. Our priest in the U.S. said the other option would be for him to contact the Archdiocese in Costa Rica for permission for us to be married by a Catholic priest was of the church because of this special situation. We are still waiting to return here, has anyone dealt with this situation for the wedding of Costa Rica?? Im praying to allow us to marry outside because we have no choice …
