I've had the BT online protection from day one and have not had any problems at all until I installed the latest version. When you now start the line of protection shield is as it used to norton internet symbol seciurity shield appears online, then changes in the warning symbol (which tells me that there are 1 or more elements that need attention.) The only so I can get the shield back as it should be is to leave the protection and re-enter it, thus protecting Shiel then it seems normal again and my protection status is shown as current.Is this an error with the program or is designed to work in this way.All my scans show no problems.I m "A little upset about what happens with the new version the previous version did not react liike this. Can anyone shed some light on this please.
