Does anyone have a Russian tortoise or know about them? Need help.?

I bought my wife Russia turtle June 27, 2007. I brought her home and she was fine. Now she goes to every corner of the enclosure (Tink fish) and takes the head, what are you doing? Also, never eat any food nutrient as the turtle and Tortoise Dog food or dust, what is wrong? I also notice things are going well in the water, that's good? My final question is how time would be directly under the lamp Florecuent? Also tossed into the right side of his leg, that's good? Is there any veterinary repilo never NH, ME, Massachusetts, Or Vermont? Thanks I hope you will respond with a correct answer!

I have a Russian male tortoise called Dobbin. Our turtle likes to remain in the corners and scrap the sides of the cage with its claws (their form of exercise). He always puts his head out too. I think one way to keep cool or comfortable. Food you describe what you are what you are trying to get Dobbin to eat. One thing that certainly eat the dandelion, which is something else you could try to give eating. Is it safe to feed. Tortoises are land animals from falling in the water so often. Dobbin usually gets a bath in the sink once a week to take a drink and have some other place to go to your tank.
