What is the average weight?

Love or hate, "medium" is a word that people love throw around. Average weight, average height, average intelligence – what it really means for the average person?

First, have you average person seen lately? It seems that most people in the U.S. outweigh the average person, and I find this confusing.

We arrived too hung on the numbers that others have calculated and planned – Some people think that everything they see in writing is undeniable. And while there is some research to back security numbers, many of the "formal" means were given in intervals, based on the size of our body structure. And the size of the frame is subject to interpretation – people who weigh more than they often think that should be explained as, "I'm big boned."

Another problem with reference the cards that offer an average weight ranges is that many people strive to achieve the lowest weight within the range. In other words, if a card says that someone must weigh between 120 -133, There is a tendency to aim for the goal of 120 pounds. Why is it bad?

Take Sammi here as an example.

Sammi weighed 130, but table is used to set a goal of 120 pounds. He drank a lot and lots of water so he could get some extra exercise by running to the bathroom every five minutes.

She ate protein bars that tasted like powder coated chewy candy from last Halloween – because that is how I thought you should know. Sammi tortured herself with mental images of all the delicious gifts that would like to eat, then patted on the back for being strong enough to refrain from eating.

Sammi did abdominal crunches and aerobics. She aspiration of all parts of your body that would suck, and walked around the house ten times, ignoring the horror of his beloved face. I could feel the thin Sammi leaving their average weight layer.

She was winning form.

After a week of deprivation taste buds and muscle-screaming exercise, Sammi decided it was time to reward it by jumping on the bathroom scale to see how weight had covered. He figured he had lost 5 … 6 … 7 lbs! She was sure she had lost weight, because now he could breathe while wearing his pants jeans. It was time for a great reward for Sammi – time to see how close he had come down on the table sacred average weight.

Sammi jumped on the platform and began to count: 1 … 2 … 3 lbs. What the hell! She had gained three pounds? She tried to scale a few times, looking forward she had brought some clothes for the ceremony on what could have peeled in an effort to reduce the scale reading.

Sammi was confused, frustrated and suddenly had a craving for chocolate ice cream. He felt lighter, had better look, his clothes were looser … and yet it had increased weight?

The fact is, Sammi can blame the confusion of his difficult new muscle friend. Muscle weighs more than fat, but is much better in the abdomen. That's a good thing, right? Right. Unless you are a newbie reading table who thinks he is in the low average weight is the mot important goal achieve.

Muscular looks better and helps your body to lose weight faster than fat. Stay fit with exercise, and when you reach your "mirror" The goal of looking great while feeling healthy, he realizes that they have reached their ideal weight, no matter what the average weight chart you say.
