I can do a workout after delivery, even if they never were pregnant?
I was looking for some ways to lose a few kilos training and found Lindsay Brin: http://www.lindsaybrin.com/2011/01/workout-schedule-shed-5-fast-challenge.html I was thinking of trying it, but then I realized it was a workout after delivery. Do you think it might still work for me? I am looking to shed 5-10 pounds max. I weigh 130 in 5'7''Gracias for your time:)
By all means exercise, bot your BMI is 20.4 and only one healthy, so do not really need lose weight.
