light shedding large dogs
anyone with a Great Dane (or any large breed) and a group of toy dogs, too? do they coexist happily?

I heard from a lot of households with a giant race and race super small, while wondering if anyone out there had experience in this field could shed some light?

I have two Great Danes and Chihuahuas three. The oldest of Chihuahua was here and subsequent adoption of the first Great Dane who came of age 14 weeks (42 pounds). She nursed him as her puppy. Have since been added as one more Great Dane rescue and two chihuahuas more. Chihuahuas think they are the bosses, but in all honesty, the Danes only * what * to think that. The Danes see themselves as protectors of the three dogs as a child … when a cat tried to attack one of the chihuahuas, the other two entered the fray, followed by two very authoritative presences Great Dane … and the cat retreated in haste … least some rear skin. And it was the Danes that her hair is white … Chihuahua was the oldest! Now … anyone considering this arrangement has to know that there are no rules hard and fast. Any potential addition needs to be introduced on neutral territory. This is what I had to do when I had to decide on a 255-pound most White Merle Great Dane. He went well. But, you never know what you have to do what I can determine the outcome before the dog got into the house … and this is true regardless of the size of any of the dogs.
