help with Revell model car plastic painting tips.?

so ive done a good number of models that actually look pretty decent. but theres a problem i always seem to have. BUBBLES when I spray paint the body! suggested some time to clean the kit with soap before painting. and in my class seem to help late model .. but am I missing anything else? I keep my model in the house, or shed? (I live in wa so as 55 to 60 degrees out)

Prime first. Only a light coat. Let stand overnight. Use a coat hanger bent so as not to transfer all the oils from your hand on the body. Several thin coats of final color instead of one heavy. Store in a warm place to set up their coats. Leaving the ship only leads to problems. Not only temperature, but also dust.
