Isolation with this?

Audimute is a good product but it is expensive and can be difficult to achieve. The first step in soundproofing is that all openings in the building. Putty all holes and cracks. Alex silicone latex is a good low cost product for this use. If you think "Hermetic", then you will do much to make the building sound proof. Seal cracks around windows, doors, exits and everything else you can find. After you have finished stamping, then fiberglass insulation batt will work good for soundproofing. Irregular soft surfaces also absorb a lot of noise – like shag carpeting on the walls. Almost nothing will soundproof the building, especially if it is strong.
