What I can do about hair loss problems?
My hair is falling out. Every time I take a shower, I have to clean the drain, because only there are tons of hair. I am always collect hair from clothing. I know it's normal to shed, but I think this is more than the average person. I have no points bald and you never know probably was having a problem with just looking at me, but my hair is definitely much thinner now. Could it be something that missing in my diet or what? What has been happening for a couple of years.
Try taking vitamins … I recently told by my beautician that my hair is starting to throw and I had noticed. She told me to start taking vitamins. She said any kind of vitamins would help but that is specifically recommended Nioxin hair, nails and skin.
What level of hair loss is normal?
