ventilation problems, indoor gardening?
Hi, I'm trying to cultivate a small garden inside, where I am. Long cold here have no place in the house, but the small companies shed was ideal. i so well insulated, it keeps warm with a small space heater. I can not spend a lot per month to keep warm. so its very good seal. However, I have a problem. plants do not get sufficient amount of CO2 they need, whether it is sealed very well if I run a vent into the air ship will be very cold. How I can keep the small room warm and get the CO2 that plants need.?
I would try to build a geothermal vent pipe through air in the soil deep enough the tube is not in contact with the cold ground on the surface, with the exception of item you are drawing the air in the pipe. If the tube is long enough, the air to be drawn in his shed will be the same as the soil temperature (52 degrees Fahrenheit / 11 degrees Celsius). If you do, you may also consider installing a small leak to help keep the ratio of O2 / CO2 under control.
