Can one be spiritual belief in a spirit?
I just saw a raccoon chubby foot in front of the glass storm door inches away from me wandering in a morning fog backlit with yellow leaves and blue sky garden shed. He passed a half oak bark dark rain the night before and a big green ball of my niece on the left in the backyard. For a moment, everything became a sort of sense of calm, and the experience of the sublime. What I call that? It's as close to a spiritual experience, as I tend to be … but I'm an atheist, and I do not believe in the spirit itself.
