Converting wood shed into a bedroom full time?

I have a shed in the backyard and has been fully equipped with plugs electrical and also has new interior wood with polyethylene plates within it – to keep warm, also vinyl floor i was thinking of getting an oil heaters to connect, I say run 2p an hour my question is – is this a crazy thought or do you think I could sleep there and I have my TV TVs, computers ps3 and xbox and all that with me??

Not without taking it to the code footprint. An oil heater can not be considered as a source permanent heat. You do not mention all the windows, which are necessary. If the insulating walls and weatherproof? How safe is anchored with a solid foundation? These are questions to take with your local building inspector. Hope this helps.
