Turning a garden shed in an office?

I would buy a wooden base, covered garden with a wooden floor and make a study Art or office. How much should I plan to spend? No timber garden sheds are insulated? If you do not put windows in the garden shed that bad? I would in the internal electricity and plug in a heater. Inside would also be a small bed for naps or cott. One of the garden sheds I'm looking at has a woodpanel wall and the door is unpainted wood. I would like to paint the inside and paint the inside of the door. Any suggestions? A cement floor also SLB would be nice. I could put a blanket or two on the concrete floor slab. For reasons mentioned Sheri have no window is a good idea. One thing that bothers me but I overcome it is closing the door to the nave, while in the interior.
