I extend my wi-fi system from about 1000 to reach the rest of the park.?
I have an RV park to serve with WI-FI. I have to expand the scope of my signal about 4,000 feet and pass around the buildings. What am I looking for units to do the job? I have to be able to ride outside if possiable to avoid accumulation of heat in the sheds where the team if I had to ride Wold mounted on the interior. .
There are several places to find the equipment you need. MircoTik has a great little device for this (which is not expensive) called RouterBoard. You can set the unit to "repeat" mode or you can even install two radios, one for backhaul and one for AP so you can maintain speed throughout the system. Great small economic units large coverage. The radios have power over ethernet and outdoor work well.
