Anyone shed light on cycle shoes?
I have a mountain bike, cycle 10-15 miles, and 3 times a week. When it rains my coaches sliding time-im thinking I should get shoes cycle, if so I need to be different pedals atatch or something! By Please help, very confusing! xx
Get yourself a pair of shoes Shimano MT-31 are low cost and obtain a set of Shimano pedals something like PD-M520 are nice about $ 40. The pedals come with the clips you need to attach to the shoes.
