Rapid weight loss for a special occasion, a week? I have an ex to impress!?
Hey guys, now I do not usually do this! I lost 18 pounds so far the safe way! I have a barbecue on Saturday and a former mine is going to be there. I have to look good and that means shedding a good three pounds from today! My idea is to have two meals a day, breakfast and dinner and two hours of walking at night. Any other ideas of how to speed up for this week?
