Do you know the photographer / artist who only uses light to draw and slow shutter speed to take pictures cool at night?

This artist / Photographer is known for its animal forms as a snail and a cat. Have you seen Euromaxx (German TV) in connection with an episode photographer taking pictures at night with slow shutter speed using only a barn light (like a flashlight) to draw in outside air in the streets somewhere in Europe and by the time the camera takes the picture, it looks like a giant snail crawling along the river in the city? He does bridges, cats and other objects. The artist / photographer has a gallery of his website photos, but I can not remember what it was. I think it was on Flickr.com. I also think that had an art show in New York for a short time. It is a pity that I had no pen and paper to write down the website. If you have any ideas or can shed some light on who this person or know me know website that would be great.

Truly a great photographer, and a great guy in general. That is when using a slow shutter speed slow, and use a flashlight or another source aimable light to "paint" the objects you want to be more exposed. (Note, do not turn Bob's paintings, but his nocturnal landscapes are AMAZING) Google for kids light, or looking for a label such as flickr, and you'll find a ton of results. : D
