Using all the Quikrete sand purpose?
I am thinking of using 4-5 bags of Quikrete any use of sand to help level the ground where I'm getting a 10 x 8 storage shed. Will it work? Are you going to remove them after a while the rain? (Just average annual precipitation) Also, I am soil using the kit designed to shed. The area that needs leveling, front left about 2 square feet of land is approx. 4 inches deep the maximum and decreased again. Plus 1 foot fully on the front below. I am using steps to the front corners as well. Thanks for any advice. I am using concrete steps to the front corners. I just need the sand of aid kit under the frame ground.
Floor kit is just going to sit in the sand? If so, will not remain level over time. The angle of the slope could make this a big problem with things like the gateway as level changes. Without knowing how the soil works kit, I would say you need pads at the contact points. I built my shed and now 4 years ago and well. I put pressure treated 4 "X 4" posts in concrete and the floor joists laid on them. The few extra inches kept the structure out of water when we had a mini-flood.
